About Me

Lean Consultant: Phnom Penh, Cambodia; My first exposure to lean manufacturing was somewhere in 2004. I was starting practicing lean as team leader on the shopfloor, places where value added activities occur the most. I began to love it and do it! Presently, I am at practicing as internal consultant level trying to work with management team to transform the entire organization into a true lean and make it stick! I am here with purpose of promoting lean world and hopefully I could share some of practices and learning from else where in the world.
