Recommend video on 5S system

Just for the start of this blog, please review this good video on 5S system. Eventhought, it is not the beginning of lean transformation journey but it is worth reviewing it. It is not so clear but look understandable!

Interesting Message:

"Lean is a strategy for creating sustainable competitive advantage through operational excellence. It is achieved by the continuous elimination of all activities, and therefore time, that doesn't add value for the customer. This frees up resources and creates the capacity to grow without adding commensurate resources, allowing for market share growth to take place with each new unit of growth consuming less relative resources, thereby accelerating cash flow growth". what transpired is that one can perhaps describe TPS/lean techniques, but they are not fully understood until practiced.
